Except in the cases listed below, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without first obtaining the user's consent, unless otherwise permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other applicable laws.
・When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent
・When especially necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent
・When cooperation is needed with a national government agency, local government, or an entity entrusted by them, in carrying out duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual's consent could interfere with the performance of those duties

・That the purpose of use includes provision to third parties

・That provision of personal information to third parties will be stopped upon the individual's request
・The method for accepting such requests from the individual
・Notwithstanding the above, the recipient of information shall not be considered a "third party" in the following cases
・When the Company outsources all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use
・When personal information is provided in connection with a business succession due to a merger or other reason
・When personal information is used jointly with a specific party, provided that the fact of joint use, the items of personal information used jointly, the scope of the parties involved, their purpose of use, and the name of the party responsible for managing the information have been notified to the individual in advance or made readily accessible to them

Disclosure of Personal Information

When an individual requests disclosure of their personal information, the Company will disclose it to them without delay. However, the Company may decline to disclose all or part of the information if doing so would fall under any of the following, and if it decides not to disclose, it will notify the individual of that decision without delay
・If disclosure could harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the individual or a third party
・If disclosure could significantly interfere with the proper conduct of the Company's business
・If disclosure would otherwise violate any law or regulation
・Notwithstanding the above, information other than personal information, such as history and characteristic data, will not, in principle, be disclosed.

Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

If a user's personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user may request that the Company correct, add to, or delete it, following the procedures established by the Company.
Upon receiving such a request and determining that it is necessary to comply, the Company will correct, add to, or delete the personal information without delay.
The Company will promptly notify the user once it has made the correction, addition, or deletion, or if it has decided not to do so.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Except where otherwise required by law or specified elsewhere in this Policy, the Company may revise the content of this Policy without notifying users.
Unless the Company specifies otherwise, any revised Privacy Policy will take effect from the moment it is posted on this website.
